In addition to mental exhaustion, women with supernatural syndrome may experience feelings of rejection and frustration.

If you identify yourself with supernatural syndrome,  it is very important for you to know that this lifestyle can lead to many problems,  such as the following:

  • Because you are always available to others, you lose your grip on your own work.
  • You may feel frustrated because your capacity and attention is always focused on others.
  • The feeling feels unattractive, especially towards the end of the day.
  • You may feel hatred for yourself or notice a feeling of rejection lurking below.
  • You have little time for yourself to  help others.
  • You will be disappointed when others do not appreciate your effort.

All of these things, when prolonged and stressed, can  lead to significant mental health problems such as anxiety and depression.

How do you know you have superwoman syndrome?

If you have any of these symptoms, you may have a supernatural syndrome:

  • Stress.
  • Difficulty falling asleep.
  • Feeling not very relaxed.
  • Goals and objectives cannot be achieved or are very demanding.
  • Inability to refuse the tasks assigned to you.
  • Anxiety because you want to get everything done.

If you notice any of these traits in yourself, you should work for your own well-being, that is, trying to change this harmful behavior.

How is superwoman syndrome treated?

  • Admit you are just human. You are actually far from a superhero. You have to accept that you simply can’t do everything yourself. Otherwise there is a risk of getting sick.
  • Forget your obsession with mastering everything. No matter how hard you try, things don’t always go the way you want. You have to leave room for uncertainty and for things to go under their own weight.
  • Remember, everyone is responsible for their own life. There is nothing wrong with helping others, but it becomes detrimental when you do everything for them.
  • Learn to share tasks with others. Others are also able to perform tasks and also do them well. Don’t act like all other people are incompetent. This only limits their potential to develop.
  • Ask for help if needed. Additional help and guidance from a therapist or psychologist will work wonders for many, whatever their problem. If you feel like you need a little other support, never hesitate to ask for it.

Follow these guidelines and you will be amazed at how calm you can feel. Focus on yourself and start prioritizing things. The quality of life can be improved.
