10 Signs That You Exercise Too Much

1. Recovery takes longer than before

This is a clear sign that you have overworked yourself and exercised more than you should.

If you can’t breathe properly for several minutes, if you don’t have energy, or if your arms and legs don’t respond, you may need to reduce your workout a bit.

This lack of recovery is noticeable when you feel  pain then when you have stopped moving, or if you drink more than two liters of water and still feel thirsty.
